We offer the following options for product delivery:

🔹 Direct Clinic Shipping (if applicable):

Some products may be shipped directly from our clinic via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

🔹 Online Dispensary (e.g., Fullscript):

Most supplement orders are fulfilled through Fullscript, our professional-grade dispensary partner. Orders placed through Fullscript follow their shipping and handling policies, typically offering:

  • Standard and expedited shipping options

  • Tracking information via email

  • Fulfillment within 1–2 business days

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom remedy orders may take 3–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees vary based on product weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly noted on product or checkout pages.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier or your Fullscript account.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue

  • We will work with the carrier or Fullscript to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
