Your NAET Questions Answered
At Taylor Made Wellness in Sugar City, Idaho, we’re committed to helping you find natural, long-lasting relief from allergies and sensitivities. Here’s a comprehensive FAQ to help you understand NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques) and what to expect from your sessions.
What is NAET?
NAET is a gentle, non-invasive method that combines acupressure, energy balancing, and nutrition to help your body stop overreacting to allergens. It works by helping your immune system recognize allergens as harmless—offering a path to natural, lasting relief.
How does NAET work?
NAET uses kinesiology (muscle testing) to identify allergens that are stressing your body. Through gentle acupressure techniques, NAET sessions help to rebalance your energy pathways so that your body no longer sees those allergens as threats.
What can NAET help with?
NAET has been used for a variety of concerns, including:
• Seasonal allergies
• Food sensitivities and digestive issues
• Eczema, hives, and skin rashes
• Migraines and headaches
• Chronic fatigue and more
Is NAET safe?
Yes! NAET is a gentle and drug-free therapy. There are no needles, no medications—just a natural approach to restoring balance in your body.
How many sessions will I need?
Every patient is different, but many people start to notice improvements after just a few sessions. For long-standing allergies or sensitivities, a series of treatments may be recommended to achieve lasting results.
What happens during a session?
You’ll relax in a comfortable setting while we use muscle testing to identify triggers. Then, using gentle acupressure along the spine and meridian points, we’ll help your body release the stress caused by those allergens.
Do I need to avoid anything after a session?
Yes—for 25 hours after a treatment, it’s best to avoid the allergen we worked on. This helps your body fully integrate the new, balanced response.
Does NAET really work?
Many of our patients report significant improvements, and for some, even complete resolution of their allergies. NAET is designed to address the root cause, not just mask symptoms—giving you a real chance at freedom from allergies.
Is NAET covered by insurance?
Most insurance plans do not cover NAET at this time. However, we’re happy to provide you with an invoice for HSA/FSA reimbursement or personal use.
